We want you to feel good about shopping with Baby Steps.
Returns
You can return most unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original packaging with tags attached where applicable. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.
What can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened teethers, pacifiers, feeding items that have touched a child's mouth, or any item marked as final sale at checkout.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order.
