Exchange Policy

Purchased BabySteps shoes and/or sandals may be exchanged within seven (7) days upon receiving the delivery.  Exchange applies only to local purchases.  Additional shipping charges are to be shouldered by the customer.

The item/s to be exchanged must be un-used and in good condition when sent back to the warehouse and will be subject to inspection by BabySteps.  All items for exchange must include the original packaging.

BabySteps only allows exchange of size within the same style / price range and is subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email BabySteps at phbabysteps@gmail.com to notify that you want your order exchanged.
  2. BabySteps will then cancel your original order and send an email with the return address.
  3. Once this is done, go to the website https://shopbabysteps.com
  4. Choose the new pair/s from the collection.  You may exchange within the same style / price range.  BabySteps will not refund if shoes are lower in price than the original order.
  5. Choose bank deposit/transfer as payment method.  Deposit only required for courier fee. 
  6. Email courier fee transaction receipt / deposit slip to phbabysteps@gmail.com
  7. BabySteps will notify you once your order has been placed.  The shoes will be sent out for delivery once the original order has been received by our warehouse.
